ph128 Casino Privacy Policy
ph128 is committed to protecting the personal data of every Member on our platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information ph128 collects, how it is used, who it may be shared with, and the rights you hold over your own data under Philippine law. We encourage you to read this document in full before registering your ph128 account.
Data Privacy Act Compliance: This Privacy Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and its implementing rules and regulations. ph128 is registered as a Personal Information Controller with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. Accuracy: You are responsible for ensuring that the personal data you provide to ph128 is accurate, complete, and up to date. If any of your details change after registration, please update your account profile or contact ph128 support promptly to ensure your records remain current.
ph128 processes your personal data only for specific, legitimate, and declared purposes. The primary purposes for which ph128 processes Member data are:
- Account creation and management: To register your ph128 account, maintain your account profile, and administer your membership throughout its lifecycle.

- Legal and regulatory compliance: To meet ph128's obligations under Philippine law, including the Anti-Money Laundering Act, the Data Privacy Act, and applicable PAGCOR licensing conditions.
- Fraud prevention and security: To detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent activity, unauthorised account access, money laundering, and other illegal conduct on the Platform.
- Responsible gaming: To monitor gaming patterns for indicators of problem gambling and to administer self-exclusion, deposit limits, and other responsible gaming tools requested by Members.
- Marketing communications: Where you have given your consent, to send you promotional offers, bonus notifications, and platform updates by email, SMS, or push notification. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Platform improvement: To analyse aggregated and anonymised usage data to improve the functionality, content, and user experience of the ph128 Platform.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, ph128 is required to identify a lawful basis for each processing activity involving your personal data. The legal bases ph128 relies upon are:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and ph128 — namely, operating your account, processing transactions, and providing gaming services.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws and regulations, including AML reporting, KYC verification, and tax obligations.
- Legitimate interests: Processing carried out for ph128's legitimate business interests, including fraud prevention, platform security, and responsible gaming monitoring, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous consent — primarily for the purposes of direct marketing communications. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting ph128 support or updating your communication preferences in your account dashboard.
ph128 does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own commercial purposes. ph128 may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection safeguards:
- Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment service providers engaged to process your deposits and withdrawals. These providers receive only the data strictly necessary to complete the relevant transaction.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC and AML screening services engaged by ph128 to verify Member identities, conduct PEP and sanctions screening, and support fraud detection.
- Technology and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting, cybersecurity, and platform technology vendors who process data on ph128's behalf under binding data processing agreements.
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and any other Philippine government authority to which ph128 is legally required to disclose data.

- Business successors: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a substantial part of ph128's business, your personal data may be transferred to the successor entity, who will be required to honour the terms of this policy.
All third-party service providers engaged by ph128 are required to process personal data only in accordance with ph128's written instructions and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose other than the service they have been contracted to perform.

- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function. These include session authentication cookies that keep you logged in to your ph128 account and security cookies that help protect against cross-site request forgery. These cookies cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Used to remember your preferences, such as language settings, and to provide enhanced features within the Platform.
- Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated information about how visitors use the Platform, which pages are most visited, and how users navigate between sections. This helps ph128 improve the platform experience over time. Analytics data is anonymised where possible.

You may manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain categories of cookies may affect the functionality of the Platform. Note that strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without rendering the Platform unusable.
ph128 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, and for as long as required by applicable Philippine law and regulation. The general retention periods applied by ph128 are:

- Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following the resolution of each support interaction.

- Technical and usage data: Generally retained for a period of up to twelve (12) months in identifiable form, after which data may be retained in anonymised and aggregated form for analytical purposes without time limit.
Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, ph128 will securely delete or anonymise your personal data in accordance with industry-standard data destruction procedures.

Your role in security: While ph128 takes robust measures to protect your data, you also play an important role. Always use a strong, unique password for your ph128 account, enable two-factor authentication where available, and never share your login credentials with anyone — including individuals claiming to be ph128 staff.
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, all ph128 Members are entitled to exercise the following rights in relation to their personal data. To exercise any of these rights, please contact ph128's Data Protection Officer (DPO) using the contact details in Section 14.
ph128 will respond to all verified data subject requests within thirty (30) days of receipt. Complex or multiple requests may require up to an additional thirty (30) days, in which case ph128 will notify you of the extension within the initial thirty-day period.
Your Privacy Rights
As a ph128 Member, the Data Privacy Act of 2012 grants you the following rights over your personal data.
You have the right to be informed of the purposes, scope, and methods of processing of your personal data before it is collected. This Privacy Policy is the primary means by which ph128 fulfils this obligation.
You have the right to request a copy of the personal data ph128 holds about you, as well as information about how that data is being processed. ph128 will provide this information in a clear and understandable format.
If any personal data ph128 holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request that it be corrected. Many details can be updated directly through your ph128 account profile; others may require a formal request to the DPO.
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, where you withdraw consent (and no other legal basis applies), or where processing is unlawful. Note that legal retention obligations may prevent immediate erasure of certain categories of data.
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time, with immediate effect. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests, though ph128 may continue processing where compelling legitimate grounds exist.
Where processing is based on your consent or on contractual necessity, and is carried out by automated means, you have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format for transfer to another service provider.
If you believe ph128 has not handled your personal data in accordance with applicable law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines. ph128 encourages you to contact our DPO first so we can address your concern directly and promptly.
The ph128 Platform is strictly intended for adults who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. ph128 does not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If ph128 becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person below the required age, that data will be deleted promptly and the associated account will be permanently closed.
If you believe that ph128 may have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact our DPO immediately using the contact details in Section 14 so that the matter can be investigated and resolved without delay.
ph128 primarily stores and processes personal data within the Republic of the Philippines. In limited circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or accessible by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, certain cloud infrastructure or identity verification technology providers whose servers are located in other jurisdictions.
Where such cross-border transfers occur, ph128 ensures that adequate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data, including:
- Contractual clauses requiring recipient organisations to maintain data protection standards at least equivalent to those required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
- Transfers only to jurisdictions or organisations that have been assessed as providing an adequate level of data protection.
- Compliance with the cross-border transfer provisions of NPC Advisory Opinion and applicable implementing rules.
ph128 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, ph128's data processing practices, or the services offered on the Platform. When material changes are made, ph128 will update the Effective Date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Members via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the ph128 Platform after the publication of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the changes. ph128 recommends reviewing this page periodically to stay informed of how your personal data is being handled. Where changes require fresh consent under applicable law, ph128 will seek that consent before processing your data for the new purpose.
ph128 has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and this Privacy Policy. If you wish to exercise your data privacy rights, have a question about this policy, or wish to raise a data privacy concern, please contact the ph128 DPO through the following channels:
- Email: [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link; please include "Data Privacy" in your subject line)
- Live Chat: Available 24/7 through your account dashboard following ph128 login — ask to be connected to a Data Privacy specialist
- Response Time: ph128 aims to acknowledge all data privacy requests within five (5) business days and to resolve them within thirty (30) days
This Privacy Policy was last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. ph128 recommends all Members review this document at least once per year and whenever they receive a notification of an update from ph128.
